Officers
The principal officers are the President, Vice President, a Manager-Secretary, a Treasurer, and others as deemed appropriate by the Board. The President and Vice President are elected by the Board of Directors, the Manager-Secretary serves at the pleasure of the Board, and the Treasurer and other officers are appointed by the President.
The term of office for the President and Vice President is two years.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is composed of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Past President and three Members-at-Large as selected by the Board. The Executive Committee has authority to administer the risk management programs, except such authority as is reserved exclusively to the Board.

Underwriting Committee
The Underwriting Committee is appointed by the President. The Underwriting Committee has the authority to approve new underlying JPA member applications for membership and makes recommendations to the Board regarding new direct members.
